Brazilian Subsidiaries means any Subsidiary of the Borrower organized under the laws of Brazil.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.
