Break Housing definition

Break Housing. The residence halls are considered CLOSED for Winter break and Spring break. Students seeking housing during periods when the halls are closed may apply for break housing and, if approved, will be charged $120 per week. A student must receive special permission if they apply late for break, and if approved, will be charged $25 late application fee. Students staying during break may be temporarily relocated to another hall. Students residing in campus apartments are permitted to remain for breaks at no additional charge.

  • The Winter Break Housing location is determined by the number of residents needing it and is subject to change from year to year.

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • Multifamily housing means housing accommodations designed as a residence for more than 1 family.

  • Workforce housing means owner-occupied or rental housing units that are provided to households with at least one member per unit who is gainfully employed at the time of entry into the unit.

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.

  • Elderly Housing means housing intended for and only occupied by Elderly persons including a family in which all members are Elderly. All household members must be Elderly (no children, and no disabled persons under the age of 62).
