Bridge Financing Agreement definition

Bridge Financing Agreement shall be that agreement as set forth as Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is incorporated herein by reference.

Bridge Financing Agreement means the Junior Exchangeable Preferred Stock Agreement and the Senior Exchangeable Preferred Stock Agreement (to the extent relating to the issuance of Senior Exchangeable Preferred Stock in connection with the Acquisition).
