BRIDGE TAPS definition

BRIDGE TAPS means the currently unused sections of a twisted pair subtending the loop between the End User and the serving wire center or extending beyond the End User’s location.

  • Bridge means a structure including supports erected over a depression or an obstruction, such as water, a highway, or a railway, for the purposes of carrying traffic or other moving loads, and having an opening measuring along the center of the roadway of more than 20 feet between undercopings of abutments or spring lines of arches, or extreme ends of openings for multiple boxes where the clear distance between openings is less than 1/2 of the smaller contiguous opening.

  • CDBG-DR means Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery.

  • Breakaway wall means a wall that is not part of the structural support of the building and is intended through its design and construction to collapse under specific lateral loading forces, without causing damage to the elevated portion of the building or supporting foundation system.

  • Bridge Financing means interim financing to cover Eligible Project Costs until DWSRF financing for the project is received from the State Water Board.

  • Bridged Tap" means the unused sections of a twisted pair subtending the Loop between the End User Customer and the Serving Wire Center or extending beyond the End User Customer's location. "Business Line" means a Qwest-owned switched access line used to serve a business customer, whether by Qwest itself or by CLEC that leases the line from Qwest. The number of Business Lines in a Wire Center shall equal the sum of all Qwest business switched access lines, plus the sum of all UNE loops connected to that Wire Center, including UNE loops provisioned in combination with other unbundled elements. Among these requirements, Business Line tallies (1) shall include only those access lines connecting End User Customers with Qwest end-offices for switched services; (2) shall not include non-switched special access lines; and (3) shall account for ISDN and other digital access lines by counting each 64 kbps- equivalent as one line. For example, a DS1 line corresponds to twenty-four (24) 64 kbps- equivalents, and therefore to twenty-four (24) Business Lines. "Busy Line Verify/Busy Line Interrupt" or "BLV/BLI Traffic" means a call to an operator service in which the caller inquires as to the busy status of or requests an interruption of a call on another End User Customer's Basic Exchange Telecommunications Service line.

  • Operating Company Number (OCN means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.

  • Term SOFR Adjustment means a percentage equal to 0.10% per annum.

  • Bridge Facility means the Commitments and any Advances made thereunder.

  • Budget unit means the unit for which the ANB of a district is calculated separately pursuant to 20-9-311.

  • Gray water means sewage from bathtubs, showers, bathroom sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, and kitchen sinks. It includes sewage from any source in a residence or structure that has not come into contact with toilet wastes.

  • CDBG means community development block grant.

  • Annual Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years starting June 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2017, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity and the Extended Summer Resource Price Adder as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Annual Resource Requirement.

  • Acquisition Corp. shall have the meaning given to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Copper Loop is a stand-alone local loop comprised entirely of copper wire or cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade copper Loops, digital copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and integrated services digital network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the copper Loops are in service or held as spares. The copper Loop includes attached electronics using time division multiplexing technology, but does not include packet switching capabilities.

  • Garden State Growth Zone or "growth zone" means the four

  • Targeted case management means services that assist a beneficiary to access needed 2 medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other community services. The 3 service activities may include, but are not limited to, communication, coordination and referral;

  • Existing Financing means the financing arrangements that provided for a security interest granted by Company in the Aircraft and that were outstanding on August 3, 2020.

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.

  • SME growth market means a MTF that is registered as an SME growth market in accordance with Article 35;

  • SPA has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Weather Normalized Site EUI means the amount of Energy that would have been used by a property under 30-year average temperatures, accounting for the difference between average temperatures and yearly fluctuations.

  • Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.

  • Existing Credit Facilities means (a) the 364-Day Credit Agreement dated as of February 28, 2012 among TMCC, TMFNL, TFSUK, TLG, TCPR, TCCI and TKG, the lenders party thereto, BNP Paribas, as administrative agent, swing line agent and swing line lender, Citibank, N.A., as syndication agent and swing line lender, Bank of America, N.A., as syndication agent and swing line lender, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., as syndication agent, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as documentation agent, (b) the Three Year Credit Agreement dated as of March 1, 2011, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated as of February 28, 2012, among TMCC, TMFNL, TFSUK, TLG, TCPR, TCCI and TKG, the lenders party thereto, BNP Paribas, as administrative agent, swing line agent and swing line lender, Citibank, N.A., as syndication agent and swing line lender, Bank of America, N.A., as syndication agent and swing line lender, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., as syndication agent, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as documentation agent, and (c) the Five Year Credit Agreement dated as of March 1, 2011, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated as of February 28, 2012, among TMCC, TMFNL, TFSUK, TLG, TCPR, TCCI and TKG, the lenders party thereto, BNP Paribas, as administrative agent, swing line agent and swing line lender, Citibank, N.A., as syndication agent and swing line lender, Bank of America, N.A., as syndication agent and swing line lender, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., as syndication agent, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as documentation agent.
