Title to all nonexpendable property (nonexpendable property is property other than real property that costs more than $1,000.00 and has a useful life which exceeds one year) acquired by Grantee in whole or in part with funds (including WIA, WIOA, CDBG, and General Fund, unless prohibited by the source) provided under this Agreement, shall vest immediately in City for the purpose of securing Xxxxxxx's performance under this Agreement, unless City notifies Grantee to the contrary.
