Initial Closing Price means the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Strike Date

Initial Closing Price means the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Valuation Date, which shall be the Strike Date.

More Definitions of Initial Closing Price

Initial Closing Price means, in the case of the Company the average Closing Price, and in the case of the Index the value of the Index, in each case for the twenty (20) trading days prior to the first day of the Performance Period.
