Bright Stock has the meaning provided in Section 4.2.
Bright Stock means bottles of Product packaged without an external label that are not for commercial sale or distribution and require further processing. Bright Stock shall be shipped only to a CENTRIX facility for final processing ____________________________________________.

Bright Stock means unlabeled finished units of the Licensed Products supplied by MGI to Licensee for labeling and distribution in the Territory pursuant to the terms hereof.
