Bright Stock definition

Bright Stock has the meaning provided in Section 4.2.
Bright Stock refers to unlabeled Product having a Device pre-filled with a specified quantity of Drug, and an Infusion Set. The cost complied with complying with this paragraph will be included in COGS.
Bright Stock means unlabeled finished units of the Licensed Products supplied by MGI to Licensee for labeling and distribution in the Territory pursuant to the terms hereof.
