Broadcom Components definition

Broadcom Components means both (i) Components designed by or for Broadcom or any of its Subsidiaries (provided that Broadcom and its Subsidiaries may include portions that are Semiconductor IP designed and/or owned by their foundries and Semiconductor IP licensed or acquired from other Third Parties, such as, without limitation, an ARM processor) and (ii) Custom ICs developed by Broadcom or a Subsidiary of Broadcom. The term “Broadcom Components” excludes interferometric MEMS displays (where “display” means a device that emits or reflects light in order to present information in visual form). For purposes of determining whether a Module that includes one or more Third Party ICs is a Broadcom Component, the Module will be considered to be “designed by or for” Broadcom or any of its Subsidiaries only if one or more principal functionalities of such Module are provided by ASICs and/or other integrated circuit devices of Broadcom or its Subsidiaries (including firmware thereon and any accompanying or associated software) (“Broadcom ICs”). For example and without limitation, a WCDMA Module would be considered a “Broadcom Component” if the WCDMA baseband ASIC in such Module is a Broadcom IC (irrespective of whether such Module also includes one or more Third Party ICs (e.g., a Third Party IC that implements 802.11g)).

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.
