Brokered Offering definition

Brokered Offering means that part of the Offering relating to Purchasers introduced to the Company by the Agent;
Brokered Offering means the offering of Common Shares of the Company completed in November, 2018;
Brokered Offering means the brokered private placement of 9,848,250 Special Units and 18,164,000 Subscription Receipts completed on June 29, 2018 for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately CAD$11.20 million.
