Broker Shares definition

Broker Shares means the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Broker Warrants;
Broker Shares means such number of shares of CHC Common Stock, constituting six point two five five percent (6.255%) of the Total Consideration, as detailed in the Spreadsheet.
