Budget Year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;
Budget Act means the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 (P.L. 114-74).
Budget Period means the fiscal period for which a budget is prepared.
Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.
Punchlist Items means any items necessary at the time of the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy to complete fully the renovation of the Project Facilities in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the Project Facilities, or required for the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or its equivalent.
Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.
State Budget Director means the individual appointed by the Governor pursuant to Section 321 of The Management and Budget Act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1321.
Cash Flow Statement means, with respect to any particular Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations, an Authority Certificate (a) setting forth, for the then current and each future Bond Year during which such Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations will be Outstanding, and taking into account (i) any such Bonds expected to be issued or redeemed or purchased for cancellation in each such Bond Year upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate (for which purpose, if such Authority Certificate is delivered as of a date prior to a scheduled mandatory tender date for any Adjustable Rate Bonds, the Purchase Price of all such Adjustable Rate Bonds subject to scheduled mandatory tender on such tender date shall be assumed to be due and payable on such mandatory tender date), (ii) any such Auxiliary Obligations expected to be incurred upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate, (iii) the interest rate (if applicable), purchase price, discount points and other terms of any Related Mortgage Loans, and (iv) the application, withdrawal or transfer of any moneys expected to be applied, withdrawn or transferred upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate:
Floating Profit/Loss means current profit/loss on Open Positions calculated at the current Quotes.
Budget unit means the unit for which the ANB of a district is calculated separately pursuant to 20-9-311.
Operating Profit means the excess of Gross Revenues over the following deductions (“Deductions”) incurred by Manager, on behalf of Owner, in operating the Hotel:
Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.
Line Item means a field of information (or a combination of fields of information) to be entered in a Settlement Schedule by any Participating Subscriber in relation to a Conveyancing Transaction.
CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Year 2000 Problem as used herein means any significant risk that computer hardware or software used in the receipt, transmission, processing, manipulation, storage, retrieval, retransmission or other utilization of data or in the operation of mechanical or electrical systems of any kind will not, in the case of dates or time periods occurring after December 31, 1999, function at least as effectively as in the case of dates or time periods occurring prior to January 1, 2000.
Budget Holder means the director or employee with delegated authority to manage finances (Income and Expenditure) for a specific area of the organisation.
Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period or a Milestone (as the context requires), the Supplier Profit for the relevant period or in relation to the relevant Milestone divided by the total Call Off Contract Charges over the same period or in relation to the relevant Milestone and expressed as a percentage;
CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.
Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.
Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;
Central item means any item which is in italics in this Collective Agreement.
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
Consolidated Return means any Tax Return relating to Income Taxes filed pursuant to Section 1502 of the Code, or any comparable combined, consolidated, or unitary group Tax Return relating to Income Taxes filed under state or local tax law which, in each case, includes IDT and at least one subsidiary.
Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).
