Examples of Budget Act in a sentence
It is mutually agreed that if the final Budget Act of the current year and/or any subsequent years covered under this Agreement does not appropriate sufficient funds for the Grant Program, this Agreement shall be of no further force and effect, and the Commission shall have no liability to pay any funds whatsoever to Grantee or to furnish any other consideration under this Agreement and Grantee shall not be obligated to continue performance under the provisions of this Agreement.
If funding for any fiscal year is reduced or deleted by the Budget Act for purposes of this program, the State shall have the option to either cancel this Agreement with no further liability occurring to the State or offer an Agreement amendment to the Grantee to reflect the reduced amount.
It is mutually agreed that if the Budget Act of the current year and/or any subsequent years covered under this Agreement does not appropriate sufficient funds for the services and deliverables covered by this Agreement, this Agreement shall be of no further force and effect.
Payments will be disbursed after the Budget Act has been approved by the Governor of California and the Chancellor’s Office Budget and Accounting Offices have established the allocations within their respective systems.
