Building Communications definition

Building Communications means any notice relating to the operation or maintenance of the Building that is given to substantially all of the tenants of the Building, including, without limitation amendments to the Building Rules and Regulations. Any notice delivered by the attorney for Landlord or Tenant shall be deemed to be delivered by Tenant or Landlord, as the case may be.

Examples of Building Communications in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, all invoices, statements and Building Communications may be served by ordinary mail or otherwise delivered to Tenant or left at the Premises.

  • Tenant shall contract with the Building Communications Provider for its telecommunications requirements.

  • Tenant’s Providers shall be entitled to utilize the Building Communications Network and, if necessary, to install all appropriate cabling and equipment in the Project necessary to connect the Provider’s infrastructure to the Building Communications Network.

  • This License creates a license only and Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee does not have and shall not claim at any time any interest or estate of any kind, nature or extent whatsoever in the Building, the Rooftop Space, Building Communications Spaces or the Equipment Room by virtue of this License or Licensee's use of the Rooftop Space, Building Communications Spaces or the Equipment Room pursuant hereto.

  • Centennial, Entrepreneurs Fund, Alta, Alta-Comm, Building Communications, Tenant Communications, ICL, NAS, Nassau, Transwestern, Grammercy, Cycom, and AEW are collectively referred to herein as the "Investors." The Investors and the Founding Stockholders are referred to collectively herein as the "Stockholders."
