Building Energy Score definition

Building Energy Score means a measurement of how efficiently a building uses energy and/or water based on modeled simulations or actual energy use of the building over time compared to similar buildings, which can be in the form of a performance score, asset rating or other comparable metric that meets standards and formats established by the Administrator.
