Building Fixtures definition

Building Fixtures means the heating, air conditioning, compressed air, steam, ventilation, plumbing, substations and electrical wiring systems, the elevators and all other systems and equipment designed and utilized for the maintenance and operation of the Building which are owned by AT&T and Affiliates as of the Effective Date, including spare parts and supplies that are located in the Building and specifically designed and used exclusively for the maintenance or operation of such systems and equipment.
Building Fixtures means all buildings and improvements and all plumbing, heating, lighting, electrical and air-conditioning fixtures and equipment, including but not limited to the crane rails and ways, and other articles of personal property used in the operation of the Premises (as distinguished from operations incident to the business of Tenant), whether or not attached or affixed to the Premises.
Building Fixtures means the heating, air conditioning, ----------------- compressed air, steam, ventilation, plumbing, substations and electrical wiring systems, racking, elevators and all other systems and equipment located on the Property, including spare parts and tools specifically designed and used exclusively for the maintenance or operation of such systems and equipment.

Examples of Building Fixtures in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Building Fixtures shall not include Tenant’s Equipment, as defined below.

  • All improvements and all plumbing, heating, lighting, electrical and air-conditioning fixtures and equipment, and other articles of personal property used in the operation of the Premises (as distinguished from operations incident to the business of Tenant), whether or not attached or affixed to the Premises ("Building Fixtures"), shall be and remain a part of the Premises and shall constitute the property of Landlord.

  • If and to the extent any such Effective Date Hospital Assets are replaced by MTMC during the Term (excluding replacements using applicable casualty proceeds), such replacements shall be the sole property of MTMC for the duration of the Term, and shall in no event be deemed Building Fixtures, even if affixed to the applicable premises.
