Examples of Alterations in a sentence
Alterations or changes to any leased property can only be made with the concurrence of the leasing member town.
Failure of Tenant to remove the Aircraft, Alterations (if applicable), trade fixtures, furniture, furnishings, equipment, tools, and/or any other personal property which Tenant is required to remove under this Lease will constitute a failure to vacate to which this Section 7.3 will apply.
Alterations completed will, at Landlord’s option, be removed by Xxxxxx, at Tenant’s cost and expense, and the Premises restored to its original condition as of the Effective Date.
Alterations to the foregoing shall only be by written mutual consent of both parties to this Collective Agreement.
Alterations to this document of any kind, including, but not limited to cross-outs are not permitted.
