Building Permit Date definition

Building Permit Date means the date upon which a building permit for the Tenant Work is first issued or issuable by the applicable governmental authority to Tenant (and/or any contractor, architect or permit expediter processing such building permit on Tenant’s behalf), whether or not Tenant (or such contractor, architect or permit expediter) actually obtains the issuance of such permit on such date.
Building Permit Date means the date upon which the Modified Building Permit became final, namely November 29th, 2006;
Building Permit Date means the date upon which a building permit for the TI Work is first issued by the applicable governmental authority to Tenant (and/or any contractor, architect or permit expediter processing such building permit on Tenant's behalf).

More Definitions of Building Permit Date

Building Permit Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.8(g) hereof.
Building Permit Date means the date on which the first building permit for the Commencement of the Initial Construction Work for the Buildings comprising the Phase 1 Development and the Phase 2 Development, or the Phase 3 Development (as the case may be) is issued by the Department of Buildings, the Department of Small Business Services or such other Governmental Authority as may be applicable, such permit being that which first would allow any portion of the Initial Construction Work for such Phase (not including demolition or excavation without construction of foundations or installation of permanent improvements) to proceed with respect to the Buildings to be constructed in such Phase.

Related to Building Permit Date

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

  • Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any amendments thereto from time to time approved by the Building Authority;

  • Parking Permit means a season ticket, contract permit, business permit, staff permit, disabled badge or resident’s permit of a type and design issued by the Council;

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
