Occupancy Permit definition

Occupancy Permit means a document authorizing the use of a development undertaken in accordance with a development permit issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
Occupancy Permit means a permit or other written authorization, issued by the Chief Building Official of the Town, permitting occupancy of a Building for which a Building Permit has been issued.
Occupancy Permit means the occupancy permit provided for in the International Building Code or other ordinance of the applicable jurisdiction. If no occupancy permit is provided for a particular use, the final inspection and approval shall serve as the occupancy permit.

  • If Requesting Carrier fails to pay the unauthorized Attachment fee or apply for the required Occupancy Permit within the foregoing period, Ameritech shall have the right to remove such unauthorized Attachment from Ameritech’s Structure at Requesting Carrier’s expense.

More Definitions of Occupancy Permit

Occupancy Permit means a permit authorizing occupation of a building or part of a building prior to its completion as set out in Div. C, Subsection 1.3.3. of the OBC.
