Landlord shall, at its sole cost and expense, construct, erect and maintain at the location shown on the Site Plan, pylon signs upon which Tenant's advertising panel shall be installed, and thereafter throughout the Term of the Lease, Tenant shall have continuous representation on the pylon sign(s) and Building sign and any replacement pylon sign in the same position and size as shown on Exhibit "A".
Landlord hereby approves of the signage shown on Exhibit O, and Landlord agrees that such Building sign may be back-lit.
