Bulk plant means a motor fuel storage and distribution facility that is not a terminal and from
bulk cargo means any quantity of the usual bulk materials used in an iron and steel industry (but does not include pig iron or steel billets) and consigned for use by the Company or by any subsidiary company or by any associated company in connection with its operations in that industry;
Aviation fuel means all flammable liquids composed of a
Transportation fuel means electricity and any liquid or
Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.
Fossil fuel means natural gas, petroleum, coal, or any form of solid, liquid, or gaseous fuel derived from such material.
Bulk Supply means a supply agreement made under section 40 of the Act;
Biodiesel fuel means a renewable, biodegradable, mono alkyl ester combustible liquid fuel derived from agricultural plant oils or animal fat such as, but not limited to, soybean oil. For purposes of this definition, “biodiesel fuel” must also meet the specifications of American Society for Testing and Material Specifications (ASTM) D 6751-02, “Standard Specification for Biodiesel Fuel (B100) Blend Stock for Distillate Fuels,” and be registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a fuel and a fuel additive under Section 211(b) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. Sections 7401, et seq. as amended through November 15, 1990.
Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.
Diesel fuel means the same as that term is defined in Section 59-13-102.
Jet Fuel means aviation fuel, except for JP-8, Military Jet Fuel, which is kerosene based and meets
Solid Fuel means wood, coal, and other similar organic material or combination of these materials.
Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:
Bulk means material that is stored or transported in a loose, unpackaged liquid, powder, or granular form capable of being conveyed by a pipe, bucket, chute, or belt system.
Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.
Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.
FOB means Free on Board
Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;
Petroleum product means any plant condensate, lubricating oil, crankcase motor oil, gasoline, aviation fuel, kerosene, diesel motor fuel, benzol, fuel oil, residual fuel, asphalt base, liquefied or liquefiable gases, such as butane, ethane and propane, and every other product derived from the refining of crude oil, but the term does not include crude oil.
