FUEL TANK a. Top draw round style, non-polished aluminum. 80 U.S. gallons capacity, minimum. Must have quick connect outlet. Mounted on the left side under the cab.
b. Stainless steel fuel tank straps.
c. Diesel Emission Fluid tank shall be mounted on the same side as fuel tank. It shall have a capacity of 10% of the fuel tank, minimum.
d. Fuel tank/DEF tank arrangement shall not extend beyond rear of cab. Indicate amount of protrusion if tank combination will not fit completely under cab.
e. Fuel water separator - Davco Fuel Pro 382, with thermostatic temperature- controlled heater, filter restriction/change indicator and a dash mounted water- in-fuel indicator light. Or approved equal.

FUEL TANK. Non-polished aluminum. Single, driver-side step-type, one hundred (100) gallon capacity. Auxiliary non-skid metal step below tank step.
FUEL TANK. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, following lien free --------- completion of the Fuel Tank, for the actual out-of-pocket costs of design, construction and installation of a 10,000 gallon capacity Fuel Tank (the "Base Fuel Tank Cost"), with the incremental cost in excess of the Base Fuel Tank Cost (the "Incremental Tank Cost") being borne by Landlord. The Base Fuel Tank Cost and the Incremental Tank Cost shall be initially determined by Landlord, and documentation in support of such charges shall be submitted to Tenant in reasonably sufficient detail to enable Tenant to review Landlord's determination and calculation of such incremental costs. Any dispute between the parties shall be resolved by Arbitration.
FUEL TANK. At Settlement, Purchaser shall pay the Fuel Tank Purchase Price as follows:
(i) Purchaser shall assume, refinance or pay the capital lease secured against the Fuel Tank currently held by Merchants Leasing (the “Fuel Tank Capital Lease”). The approximate Capital Lease balance as of the Effective Date of this Agreement is $ 39,000.00.
(ii) The balance of the Fuel Tank Purchase Price shall be paid by Purchaser to Seller at Settlement by bank wire or certified check.
FUEL TANK. Environmental Liability Disclaimer: Under no circumstances shall COMPANY be obligated to repair or replace a tank. However, COMPANY can repair or replace at prevailing rates for parts and labor as mutually agreed. Customer shall be responsible for the condition and maintenance of the fuel tank, oil lines and piping. COMPANY assumes no liability for the same. This Contract does not include any insulation, cleanup, removal, remedial, or other costs of compliance with any environmental or other laws, rules, or regulations. COMPANY shall not be liable to render any service for which it is not licensed. COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE DISPOSAL, DISCHARGE, DISPERSAL, RELEASE OR ESCAPE OF OIL OR OTHER PETROLEUM SUBSTANCE OR DERIVATIVES INTO OR UPON THE CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY, SURROUNDING PROPERTIES, THE ATMOSPHERE, OR ANY WATER COURSE OR BODY OF WATER, UNLESS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF COMPANY. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY’S LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH DAMAGES EXCEED $1,000.00.
FUEL TANK. The Seller shall replace, at the Seller's expense, the fuel tank(s) on the Property if written confirmation that the Buyer’s insurance company has deemed the fuel tank(s) not insurable is provided by the Buyer to the Seller, in accordance with this Agreement, before the Insurance Deadline. Any oil tank is to have been inspected and any vent pipe tagged in accordance with provincial regulations at the Seller's expense.
FUEL TANK. Fuel tank and fuel line with shutoff valve to provide a minimum of 6 gallons of fuel to the oil stove.
FUEL TANK. 3-6-1 A fuel tank with a capacity of 50-gallons or more shall be required.
FUEL TANK. Fuel tank shall have an OEM equivalent capacity or 40 (40) gallon minimum capacity with trap door access to fuel tank. Tank, fuel lines, and hardware must meet all current FMVSS, including FMVSS 301, as well as all current CARB and EPA requirements and must be OEM equivalent in connection types, etc. The use of worm clamps is limited to that of the OEM. Tank shall be calibrated with the OEM dash fuel gauge.
