Business executive means an Executive Director, Operating Officer or Executive Officer, or any other person or employee, of a corporation or other organization. "Environmental Laws" means the federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the generation, marketing, refining, recycling, treatment, handling, use, storage, transportation, disposal, and cleanup of hazardous, radioactive, reactive, flammable, infectious, toxic, or dangerous materials or the protection of public health or the environment including, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976; the Toxic Substances Control Act; the Clean Air Act, the Federal Water Pollution Control Act; the Safe Drinking Water Act; the Hazardous Material Transportation Act; the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, Rodentcide Act; the Occupational Safety and Health Act; and any similar state or local law, regulation, or ordinance and all permits and regulatory approvals issued thereunder.
