Business Online Banking Services definition

Business Online Banking Services or “Service(s)” means, collectively, the various electronic banking and/or associated cash management service(s) provided by Navigant (and/or Navigant’s third-party service providers) to Member pursuant to this Agreement, the Appendices, exhibits, set-up form(s) and any service guides or manuals made available to Member by Navigant.

Examples of Business Online Banking Services in a sentence

  • For certain Business Online Banking Services, Member will need to provide at Member’s own expense, a computer, software and necessary telephone lines, Internet or other connections and equipment as needed to access the Services (collectively, the “Computer”).

  • Member will then be required to enter Member’s User ID, individual password, as well as comply generally with those security procedures associated with Member’s access to the Business Online Banking Services (which also apply to Member’s use of Mobile Banking), and any additional Access Devices and security procedures Navigant may require to access Mobile Banking.

  • We will issue you Access Codes enabling you to access and use our Business Online Banking Services.

  • However, at certain times, some or all of Business Online Banking Services may not be available due to system maintenance or service availability cutoff times.

  • If you do not accept the terms of the Business Online Banking Agreement then you will not be permitted to use the Business Online Banking Services.

  • We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Business Online Banking Services for any reason, at any time.

  • You agree that by accessing certain features of the Business Online Banking Services, including its ATM and branch locator and certain other address, geolocation and search features, you will be subject to the then-current Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • We are entitled to act upon instructions received through our Business Online Banking Services under your Access Codes without inquiring into the identity of the person using those Access Codes.

  • By enrolling in our Business Online Banking Service, you agree to these terms and conditions, and authorize us to automatically enable your eligible East West Bank account(s) for Domestic and International Wire Transfer Services through our browser based or mobile device based Business Online Banking Services, subject to availability.

  • You agree to use the Business Online Banking Services only for bona fide and lawful purposes.

Business Online Banking Services means the services provided pursuant to this Agreement, listed in Sections 2 and 3.  “Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Related to Business Online Banking Services

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Banking Services means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Company or any Subsidiary by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), (b) stored value cards and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;
