Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., USPSO) means the individual appointed by a United States District Court to provide pretrial release investigations, recommendations and supervision services for that court. “Pretrial Services Officer” refers to the individual responsible for the direct supervision of a client receiving drug/alcohol testing and/or treatment and/or mental health treatment services.
Appropriate office of the State employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
Chief Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., CPSO) means the individual appointed by the court to supervise the work of the court’s pretrial services staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
Cable Services means the transmission by cable of programs including retransmission by cable of any satellite television signals.
Central Office Switch (CO means the switching entity within the public switched Telecommunications network, including but not limited to:
Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
Campus police officer means a school security officer designated by the board of education of any school district pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6146, and amendments thereto.
Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -
Central Office Switch means a switch used to provide Telecommunications Services, including, but not limited to:
Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;
Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.
Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.
Corporate Services Agreement means the Corporate Services Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Borrower and the Services Provider, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Special Services means all forms of services pertaining
Central Office means a building or a space within a building where transmission facilities or circuits are connected or switched.
Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
