Business Space definition

Business Space means the total space proposed to be leased out to successful bidder pursuant to conclusion of this RFP process;

  • The Grace period for Property Business Space shall be 30 (Thirty) days.

  • Subsequent to the Moratorium Period, to utilise the licensed space, at its own costs and risk, for carrying out activities stated at Annexure – 2 : Usage of the Property Business Space during the License Period on the terms and conditions stated herein and derive income from it.

  • Subsequent to the Moratorium Period, to utilise the licensed space, at its own costs and risk, for carrying out activities stated at Annexure – 2: Usage of the Property Business Space during the License Period on the terms and conditions stated herein and derive income from it.

  • The following obligations relate specifically to the Business Space.

  • Any sale of the Anchor Business Space or Building B to the Anchor Business must be at the cost of construction, including reasonable construction management fees, development fees, and overhead, and will include shared maintenance responsibilities.
