Business Warranties definition

Business Warranties means the Warranties other than the Fundamental Warranties and the Tax Warranties;
Business Warranties means the statements set out in Part 2 and Part 3 of Schedule 5, and each a “Business Warranty”;
Business Warranties means the warranties given by the Sellers pursuant to Clause 10;

  • Unless otherwise stated, the Business Warranties are given as at the Signing Date and the Closing Date.
