Examples of Business Warranties in a sentence
Unless otherwise stated, the Business Warranties are given as at the Signing Date and the Closing Date.
The Target represents and warrants to Bidder (on its own behalf and separately as trustee for each of the Bidder Indemnified Parties) each of the Business Warranties on the date of this Deed and as at the Implementation Date.
For purposes of this Agreement, the Completion Disclosure Letter shall be deemed part of the Disclosed Information in respect of such Business Warranties given at Completion.
