Buyer Fundamental Representations definition

Buyer Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties of Buyer contained in Sections 6.1, 6.2 and 6.7.
Buyer Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties of Buyer set forth in Section 4.1 (Organization and Related Matters), Section 4.2(a) (Authority; No Violation) and Section 4.5 (No Broker).
Buyer Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties set forth in Section 7.1 (Organization, Good Standing and Qualification of Buyer), Section 7.3 (Authorization) and Section 7.4 (No Conflicts; Consents).
