Company Fundamental Representations definition

Company Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties set forth in Section 3.1 (Organization; Authority; Enforceability), Section 3.2(a) (Non-contravention), Section 3.3 (Capitalization), Section 3.13 (Brokerage) and Section 3.20 (Affiliate Transactions).
Company Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties made pursuant to the first and second sentences of Section 4.1 (Company Organization), the first and second sentences of Section 4.2 (Subsidiaries), Section 4.3 (Due Authorization), Section 4.6 (Capitalization of the Company), Section 4.7 (Capitalization of Subsidiaries) and Section 4.16 (Brokers’ Fees).
Company Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company set forth in Sections 3.1(a), 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.20.

Company Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company set forth in Sections 2.1(a), 2.1(b), 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.21.
Company Fundamental Representations means, collectively, the representations and warranties contained in Section 4.01(a) and (b) (Organization, Standing and Power), Section 4.02 (Authorization), Section 4.05 (Capitalization), and Section 4.20 (Brokers and Other Advisors).
