Buyer Capital Stock definition

Buyer Capital Stock means, collectively, the Buyer Common Stock, the Buyer Preferred Stock and any other class or series of capital stock of Buyer.

Buyer Capital Stock means (a) prior to the Closing, the Buyer Class A Common Stock, the Buyer Class B Common Stock and the Buyer Preferred Stock and (b) following the Closing, the Buyer Class A Common Stock, the Buyer Class V Voting Stock and the Buyer Preferred Stock.

Buyer Capital Stock means the Buyer Common Stock together with the Buyer Preferred Stock.
