Buyer Stock definition

Buyer Stock means the common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Buyer.
Buyer Stock means the Buyer Common Stock and the Buyer Preferred Stock.
Buyer Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
