Buyer Financial Statement definition

Buyer Financial Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.
Buyer Financial Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(h)(ii) above.
Buyer Financial Statement has the meaning given to it in Section 5.12.
