Examples of Buyer Performance Test in a sentence

  • For a Buyer Performance Test, Buyer shall provide Seller Notice with Buyer’s Instructions as described in Section 4.7 that the delivery of Distribution Services for such day also qualifies as a Buyer Performance Test.

Related to Buyer Performance Test

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.
