Buyout Offer definition

Buyout Offer means an offer, written or oral, by a landlord to pay a tenant money or other consideration to vacate a rental housing unit. An offer to settle a pending unlawful detainer action shall not be a "buyout offer."
Buyout Offer means a Landlord’s offer to a Tenant to provide consideration in exchange for the Tenant’s agreement to voluntarily vacate the Rent Stabilized Unit.
Buyout Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 14.07(e)(i).
