Rental Housing Unit definition

Rental Housing Unit means a building or portion of a building that is rented or leased to one (1) or more Tenants for residential purposes, and which is owned in whole or in part by a Landlord, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 8.53.040.
Rental Housing Unit means a Dwelling Unit which is occupied or offered for occupancy in exchange for Rent or services in lieu of paying Rent;

  • If the Next Available Unit Rule is violated, the Rental Housing Unit will not continue to be treated as a Qualifying Unit.

  • Eligibility Certifications will be maintained on file by the Developer with respect to each Qualifying Tenant who resides in a Rental Housing Unit or resided therein during the immediately preceding calendar year.

  • The Owner therefore agrees that for each month a Rental Housing Unit is not occupied in accordance with this Agreement, the Owner must pay the City $500.00 (the “Damage Payment”) per month as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, due and payable at the offices of the City on the last day of the calendar month in which the breach occurred unless the Owner is acting with diligence, to the satisfaction of the City, to correct the breach within a reasonable period of time.

  • The form of lease to be utilized by the Developer in renting any Rental Housing Unit to any person who is intended to be a Qualifying Tenant shall provide for termination of the lease and consent by such person to immediate eviction for failure to qualify as a Qualifying Tenant as a result of any material misrepresentation made by such person with respect to the Eligibility Certification.

  • A fee of$100.00 per Rental Housing Unit shall apply to a Rental Owner and be paid by said Owner to the City of Cammack Village each year on or before January 31.

Rental Housing Unit means a Building or part of a Building:
Rental Housing Unit means a single residential unit that is being rented, or is intended to be rented. Examples of rental housing units included within the Program are apartment units, condominiums, duplexes and single-family houses. The Program does not include units used for transient lodging such as dormitories; group homes; rooming or boarding houses; or hotels, motels, or similar short-term lodging.
Rental Housing Unit means a dwelling unit, housekeeping unit, or sleeping unit on a site that a tenant rents, or has rented, for the purpose of living accommodation but does not include a unit rented by a not for profit housing cooperative to a member of the cooperative, a unit in a community care facility or group residence, a unit in a hotel, or units in a strata-titled building where the majority of the units were within the last three years individually owned and:
Rental Housing Unit means a dwelling unit, housekeeping unit, or sleeping unit on a site that a tenant rents or has rented for the purpose of living accommodation, but does not include:
Rental Housing Unit means a housing unit that is or may be available for rent, or is occupied or rented by a tenant or subtenant in exchange for any form of consideration.
Rental Housing Unit means a single unit of residence for a single housekeeping unit of one or more persons, that is being rented, or is intended to be rented. Examples of housing units covered by this chapter include apartment units, condominiums, duplexes and single-family houses. “Rental housing unit” also includes other types of residential units that provide for sleeping accommodations but toileting or cooking facilities are shared by occupants of more than one unit, such as residential or single room occupancy hotels. Rental Housing Unit means a dwelling unit in which one or more occupants thereof are not the owner(s) of the premises on which the unit is situated and consideration is paid in exchange for the right to reside therein (i.e., a dwelling unit which is not solely occupied by the owner of the premises and his/her family).
