Reais Transfer Date means each Business Day of each calendar month following a Business Day when, as of the Balance Transfer Time for the Bond Administrator, there are available funds in the Collections Account for allocation in accordance with the Indenture.
LWDA PAGA Payment means the 75% of the PAGA Penalties paid to the LWDA under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).
Type III transfer means that term as defined under Section 3(c) of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
Individual Settlement Payment means the amount payable from the Net
Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan for which the interest rate is governed by Section 427A(a) or 427A(d) of the Higher Education Act.
Risk Transfer Date means the date when the risk of loss or damage to the Works passes from the Contractor to the Employer in accordance with sub Clauses 38.2 and 39.1.
Unsubsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 428H of the Higher Education Act.
Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.
PAGA Payment means the penalties pursuant to PAGA that the Parties have agreed is a
Non-Lead Securitization Determination Date means the “determination date” (or any term substantially similar thereto) as defined in the related Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.
Administrative Purchase Payment means, with respect to a Payment Date and to an Administrative Receivable purchased by the Seller or the Servicer as of the end of the related Collection Period, the sum of (a) the unpaid principal balance owed by the related Obligor in respect of such Receivable and (b) interest on such unpaid principal balance at a rate equal to the APR of the related Receivable from the date of last payment by such Obligor to the last day of such Collection Period.
All-terrain type II vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Delayed contribution payment means an amount paid by an employee for purchase of current service. The amount shall be determined using the same formula in KRS 61.5525, and the payment shall not be picked up by the employer. A delayed contribution payment shall be deposited to the member's account and considered as accumulated contributions of the individual member. In determining payments under this subsection, the formula found in this subsection shall prevail over the one found in KRS 212.434;
Type II transfer means that phrase as defined by Section 3 of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).
Agreement Payment means a Payment paid or payable pursuant to this Agreement.
Separately invested asset means an account or fund of a district that is not invested in a pooled fund group.
Upfront Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Transfer Payment Made As defined in Section 4.03.
Closing Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees Any commercially reasonable treasury management fees, banking fees, title insurance and/or other insurance commissions and fees, title agency fees, and appraisal review fees received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates in connection with any services performed by such party with respect to any Serviced Loan or REO Property, in each case, in accordance with Article III of this Agreement.
Note Payment Sequence means the application of Interest Proceeds in accordance with the Interest Proceeds Priority of Payments or the application of Principal Proceeds in accordance with the Principal Proceeds Priority of Payments, as applicable, in the following order:
Payment Ahead means, with respect to a Precomputed Receivable and a Collection Period, any Excess Payment (not representing, when added to any Deferred Prepayment with respect to such Precomputed Receivable, a prepayment in full of such Precomputed Receivable) which the Servicer, in accordance with its customary servicing practices, will apply towards the payment of Scheduled Payments due in one or more future Collection Periods.
Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.
Unadjusted Reference Interest Rate Replacement means the Reference Interest Rate Replacement excluding the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Adjustment.
