CAA definition

CAA means a geographic area of Zones or sub-Zones that are electrically-contiguous and experience for the relevant Delivery Year, based on Resource Clearing Prices of, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, Annual Resources and for the 2018/2019 Delivery Year and subsequent Delivery Years, Capacity Performance Resources, the same locational price separation in the Base Residual Auction, the same locational price separation in the First Incremental Auction, the same locational price separation in the Second Incremental Auction, or the same locational price separation in the Third Incremental Auction.

Examples of CAA in a sentence

The Borrower shall make the proceeds of the Loan available to CAA upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB and shall cause CAA to apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement and the Project Agreement.
The Borrower shall take all action which shall be necessary on its part to enable CAA to perform its obligations under the Project Agreement, and shall not take or permit any action which would interfere with the performance of such obligations.
The authority conferred on CAA under Section 7.01 of this Loan Agreement may be revoked or modified by agreement between the Borrower and ADB.
