CAA Early Termination Date definition

CAA Early Termination Date means the earlier to occur of: (a) the Payment Date immediately following the occurrence of a CAA Early Termination Event and (b) a Payment Date that is designated as an early termination date pursuant to this Agreement following the occurrence of a CAA Trigger Event.
