  • For this purpose, ownership of a specified EGU is determined based on direct ownership, by holding a majority interest in a company that owns the EGU or EGUs, or by the common ownership of the company that owns the EGU, whether through a parent-subsidiary relationship, as a sister corporation, or as an affiliated corporation with the same parent corporation, provided that the owner or operator has the right or authority to submit a CAAPP application on behalf of the EGU.

  • The owner or operator of a CAAPP source shall include in its CAAPP application proposed replicable procedures and permit terms that ensure the emissions trades are quantifiable and enforceable.
