Cabinets Parties definition

Cabinets Parties means Cabinets, the Cabinets Subsidiaries, and any other Subsidiary of Cabinets (including those formed or acquired after the date hereof).
Cabinets Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • It is understood that any Claims Made Policies may not provide any coverage to the Cabinets Parties for incidents occurring prior to the Effective Time but that are asserted with the insurance carrier after the Effective Time or any extended reporting period or extended discovery period, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of the applicable Policies.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed.   • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.

  • Membrane filtration means a pressure or vacuum driven separation process in which particulate matter larger than 1 micrometer is rejected by an engineered barrier, primarily through a size-exclusion mechanism, and which has a measurable removal efficiency of a target organism that can be verified through the application of a direct integrity test. This definition includes the common membrane technologies of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis.

  • Blasting means changing the level or grade of land or rendering, tearing, demolishing, moving, or removing earth, rock, buildings, structures, or other masses or materials by seismic blasting or the detonation of dynamite or any other explosive agent.
