Company Systems definition

Company Systems means the computer and data processing systems, maintenance service agreements, and information, recordkeeping, account management, account management, communications technologies and other computer systems (including all computer programs, software, databases, firmware, hardware and related documentation) and Internet websites and related content used in the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Company Systems means all computers, hardware, software, systems (including, without limitation, the Company's subscriber management system), facilities and equipment (including, without limitation, cable, wireline, wireless, microwave, satellite and any other telecommunications equipment and facilities, and embedded microcontrollers in noncomputer equipment) owned, leased or licensed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary and material to, or necessary for, the Company or any Company Subsidiary to carry on its business as currently conducted or intended to be conducted.

Company Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(h).

• Company will use reasonable measures to monitor, detect and restrict the flow of information on a multi-layered basis within the Company Systems using tools such as firewalls, proxies, and network-based intrusion detection systems.

• Company will encrypt, using industry standard encryption tools, Customer’s Confidential Information that Company: (i) transmits or sends wirelessly or across public networks or within the Company Systems; (ii) stores on laptops or storage media, and (iii) stores on portable devices or within the Company System.

• Company will maintain physical access controls that secure relevant Company Systems used to Process any Customer’s Confidential Information, including an access control system that enables Company to monitor and control physical access to each Company facility, which includes 24x7 physical security monitoring systems and the use of trained and experienced security guards.

More Definitions of Company Systems

Company Systems means all computer, hardware, software, systems, and equipment (including embedded microcontrollers in non-computer equipment) embedded within or required to operate the current products of the Company and the Subsidiaries, and/or material to or necessary for the Company and the Subsidiaries to carry on their businesses as currently conducted.

Company Systems means all computer and information technology systems, platforms and networks owned or used by any Group Company (whether outsourced or not);

Company Systems means the refined petroleum product, crude oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquid and other pipelines, lateral lines, pumps, pump stations, storage facilities, terminals, processing plants, and other related operations, assets, machinery and equipment that are owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or used for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as it is presently conducted.

Company Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(i).

Company Systems means all Software (including Company Products), computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology, electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems (including any outsourced systems and processes) that are owned, leased, licensed or used by or for, or otherwise relied on by, the Company or its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their businesses.

Company Systems means Systems owned, leased or licensed by and operated by, or on behalf of, the Company or its Affiliates.

Company Systems means all of the following used or otherwise relied on by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries: computers (including servers, workstations, desktops, laptops and handheld devices), software, applications, websites, hardware, networks, firmware, middleware, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, data storage devices, data centers, systems and other information technology equipment and assets.
