Company Systems definition

Company Systems means the computer and data processing systems and information and communications technologies used in or for the business of the Company including hardware, Software (whether proprietary or third party owned), networks, data storage devices, printers, VDU’s, firmware, dedicated power supplies, cabling, peripherals and associated documentation;
Company Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(h).
Company Systems means all computer, hardware, software, systems, and equipment (including embedded microcontrollers in non-computer equipment) embedded within or required to operate the current products of the Company and the Subsidiaries, and/or material to or necessary for the Company and the Subsidiaries to carry on their businesses as currently conducted.

Examples of Company Systems in a sentence

  • Seller shall not modify or otherwise take corrective action with respect to the Company Systems except at Company's request.

  • Supplier shall deploy intrusion prevention systems and firewalls on all publically accessible Supplier computer systems that access Company Confidential Information or Company Systems.

  • Seller shall (consistent with the following sentence) ensure that no malware or similar items are coded or introduced into any aspect of the Facility, Interconnection Facilities, the Company Systems interfacing with the Facility and Interconnection Facilities, and any of Seller's critical control systems or processes used by Seller to provide energy, including the information, data and other materials delivered by or on behalf of Seller to Company, (collectively, the "Environment").

  • The Company has taken all reasonable actions, consistent with applicable industry best practices, to protect the integrity and security of the Company Systems and the data and other information stored or processed thereon.

  • The Company may intercept, record and monitor all communications made by the Executive and his use of the Company Systems, without further notice.


More Definitions of Company Systems

Company Systems has the meaning set forth in Section ‎4.12(k).
Company Systems means Systems owned, leased or licensed by and operated by, or on behalf of, the Company or its Affiliates.
Company Systems means all Software (including Company Products), computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology, electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems (including any outsourced systems and processes) that are owned, leased, licensed or used by or for, or otherwise relied on by, the Company or its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their businesses.
Company Systems means the refined petroleum product, crude oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquid and other pipelines, lateral lines, pumps, pump stations, storage facilities, terminals, processing plants, and other related operations, assets, machinery and equipment that are owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or used for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as it is presently conducted.
Company Systems means the information technology systems that are owned or controlled by (including by Contract) the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Systems means all information technology and computer systems (including computer software, information technology and telecommunication hardware and other equipment) relating to the generation, transmission, storage, maintenance or processing of data and information, whether or not in electronic form, used in the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.
