Cable TV network definition

Cable TV network means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;
Cable TV network means the network of cable and other equipment such as amplifiers, splitters owned and installed by the multi system operator (MSO) and through its Affiliated Cable Operators.
Cable TV network means as defined in Interconnection Regulations.
