Examples of Network Load in a sentence
The Network Customer shall not operate its designated Network Resources located in the Network Customer’s or Transmission Provider’s Control Area such that the output of those facilities exceeds its designated Network Load, plus Non-Firm Sales delivered pursuant to Part II of the Tariff, plus losses, plus power sales under a reserve sharing program, plus sales that permit curtailment to maintain reliable service to the seller’s designated Network Load.
The Network Customer must designate the Network Load on whose behalf the Transmission Provider will provide Network Integration Transmission Service.
The Network Load shall be specified in the Specifications that form part of the Service Agreement in accordance with Sections 29.2(a) and 29.2(b).
Network Integration Transmission Service also may be used by the Network Customer to deliver economy energy purchases to its Network Load from non- designated resources on an as-available basis without additional charge.
Under no circumstances shall the Network Customer’s decision to cancel or delay a requested change in Network Integration Transmission Service (e.g. the addition of a new Network Resource or designation of a new Network Load) in any way relieve the Network Customer of its obligation to pay the costs of transmission facilities constructed by the Transmission Provider and charged to the Network Customer as reflected in the Service Agreement.
