CAF Advance Request each request by the Borrower for Lenders to submit bids to make CAF Advances, which request shall contain the information in respect of such requested CAF Advances specified in Exhibit C and shall be delivered to the Administrative Agent in writing, by facsimile transmission, or by telephone, immediately confirmed by facsimile transmission.

  • No CAF Advance Request may be submitted earlier than five Business Days after submission of any other CAF Advance Request.

  • The Administrative Agent shall notify each Revolving Lender promptly by facsimile transmission of the contents of each CAF Advance Request received by the Administrative Agent.

  • Before 1:00 P.M. (New York City time) on the date of the Borrowing specified in the applicable CAF Advance Request, each CAF Advance Lender whose CAF Advance Offer has been accepted shall make available to the Administrative Agent at its office set forth in Section 9.2 the amount of CAF Advances to be made by such CAF Advance Lender, in same day funds.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.
