California Lottery Station definition

California Lottery Station means the improvements located on the California Lottery Property from which California Prospectors Ltd. operates as a California Lottery game retailer, including the building containing the lottery station and a convenience store, adjacent parking, landscaping and associated improvements, furniture, fixtures and equipment not otherwise owned by California Prospectors, Ltd.
