Call Class. A Class of CPCs whose Holder has the right to direct Xxxxxxx Mac to redeem the related Callable Class.
Call Class. A Class of CPCs representing the Call Right with respect to the related Callable Class and Callable Asset or Assets.

  • In such a Series, the Administrator shall adopt a plan of complete liquidation for the REMIC Pool (or, in a Double-Tier Series, the related Lower-Tier REMIC Pool) on the date on which notice by the holder of the related Call Class of CPCs of exercise of its right to direct the redemption of the Assets becomes irrevocable.

  • Furthermore, the holder of the Call Class can effect early retirement of the Certificates in accordance with the terms set forth in the Agreement.

  • The Holder of a Call Class may exercise the Call Right and exchange such Call Class for the related Callable Asset or Assets upon the terms and conditions specified in the related Terms Supplement or as otherwise specified by the Administrator from time to time.

  • Class: A REMIC Class, a MACR Class and/or any other class of securities issued under this Agreement, as the context requires; or, if the context so requires, a Call Class or Callable Class issued under an Underlying Trust Agreement.

Related to Call Class

  • principal class of shares means the class or classes of shares representing a majority of the voting power and value of the company;

  • Targeted Principal Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Share Class in relation to shares, means (according to the context) a particular class or classes of share as described in Section 3;

  • Planned Principal Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Original Class B-1 Percentage The Class B-1 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.08.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Hedged Share Class or ’Hedged Share Classes’ means (according to the context) a Portfolio Currency Hedged Share Class or a Reference Currency Hedged Share Class.
