Call for Credit definition

Call for Credit means a facility offered to Credit Card customers whereby the amount available on the Credit Card may be transferred to a customer’s bank account and paid in monthly instalments.

Related to Call for Credit

  • Call-Off Agreement means a legally binding agreement (entered into pursuant to the provisions of this Framework Agreement) for the provision of the Goods and/or Services made between a Contracting Body and the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);

  • Ford Credit means Ford Motor Credit Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Note Depository Agreement means the agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and DTC, as the initial Clearing Agency relating to the Notes, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • the Second Supplementary Agreement means the Second Supplementary Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3;

  • Exchange Note Supplement means the 2018-B Exchange Note Supplement, dated as of the Cutoff Date, to the Credit and Security Agreement.
