Examples of Call Request in a sentence

  • The Board of Directors shall, within 10 days after the date on which such request is received, adopt a resolution fixing the Call Request Record Date, and such Call Request Record Date shall be not more than 10 days after the date upon which such resolution is adopted by the Board of Directors.

  • Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
