Renewal Request means a written notice delivered to the Agent in accordance with Clause 6.6 (Renewal of a Letter of Credit).
Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.
Bona Fide Request (BFR) means the process described in Attachment 08 – Bona Fide Request (BFR).
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Bona Fide Request (BFR) is the process described in the applicable Appendix UNE.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank or any similar or analogous notice from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).
Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
Urgent care request means a claim relating to an admission, availability of care, continued stay or health care service for which the covered person received emergency services but has not been discharged from a facility, or any Pre-Service Claim or concurrent care claim for medical care or treatment for which application of the time periods for making a regular external review determination:
Work request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Proposed Borrowing Base Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.07(c)(ii).
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Data Subject Request means a request from a Data Subject to exercise its rights under the Data Protection Laws in respect of that Data Subject's Personal Data;
Reference Notice means a notice given to the Water Services Regulation Authority under paragraph 11 or 14 of Condition B;
Data Subject Access Request means a request made by a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the DPA to access his or her Personal Data;
Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.
Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.
Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
Notice of Tender means, in connection with an Optional Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, indicating an intention to tender VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
Guarantor Request and "Guarantor Order" mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Subject Access Request means a request for Personal Data falling within the provisions of Section 7 of the DPA and Article 11, 12 & 15 of the GDPR
Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.
