When Are Timely Warnings Issued?Whenever the Campus Director receives a report of a Clery Act crime that has occurred on Clery Act geography, the Director evaluates that crime on a case-by-case basis to determine whether, based on the facts known at that time, there is an ongoing threat to the campus community.
