Related Bodies Corporate has the meaning given to that term in the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth).
ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd.
CARB means the California Air Resources Board.
Parade means a public procession, sometimes including a marching band or float(s) and often of a celebratory nature, held in honor of an anniversary, event, person, cause, etc.
Desjardins Investments means Desjardins Investments Inc. “DFSF” means Desjardins Financial Services Firm Inc. “DSFI” means Desjardins Financial Security Investments Inc. “DSI” means Desjardins Securities Inc.
Arrow means Arrow Financial Corporation.
American Indian means a person who is enrolled as a member of a federally recognized American Indian tribe or band or who possesses documentation of at least one−fourth American Indian ancestry or documentation of tribal recognition as an American Indian.
Canal means a man-made trench, the bottom of which is normally covered by water, with the upper edges of its two sides normally above water. [Section 403.803(2), F.S.]
African American means a person having origins in any of the original peoples of Africa and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part.
Embalmer means any person engaged in the practice of embalming.
Sales finance company means that term as defined in section 2 of the motor vehicle sales finance act, MCL 492.102.

U.S. means the United States of America.
Green means products, materials, methods and processes certified by a “Green Authority” that conserve natural resources, reduce energy or water consumption, avoid toxic or other polluting emissions or otherwise minimize environmental impact.
private street means any street, road, square, court, alley, passage or riding path, which is not a “public street” but does not include a pathway made by the owner of premises on his own land to secure access to or the convenient use of such premises;
First Chicago means The First National Bank of Chicago in its individual capacity, and its successors.
Bay means parking bay;
Learner means any third party including any student, apprentice (under an Apprenticeship), trainee or similar to whom the Provider is required to deliver any of the Services;
Law firm means both of the following:
First Nation means the ___________ First Nation, being a band named in the schedule to the Act;
First Union means First Union National Bank, a national banking association, and its successors.
Greenfield means land not developed beyond agricultural, range, or forestry use.
Spring means a source of water where an aquifer comes in contact with the ground surface.
Public street means a public right-of-way, including a public highway, public avenue, public boulevard, public parkway, public road, public lane, public alley, public viaduct, public subway, public tunnel, public bridge, public byway, other public transportation easement, or other public way.
LLP means a limited liability partnership as defined under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008;
Fellowship means a fellowship in a professional medical college recognized by the Board after consultation with the Medical Advisory Committee.
