Canadian Equipment definition

Canadian Equipment means Equipment owned by the Canadian Borrowers.
Canadian Equipment shall have the meaning provided in SECTION 2.1(B)(I).
Canadian Equipment means any machinery, equipment (including field equipment, office equipment and computer equipment), fixtures, furniture, furnishings, motor vehicles, accessories, tools and other tangible assets used in the Business by the Canadian Vendors, wherever located, including the items listed or described in Schedule 1.1A (Canada);

  • Transportation equipment means any of the following:

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.
